The music video for Britney Spears’ new song “Ooh La La” off The Smurfs 2 soundtrack was released today, and in it we see the pop star’s adorable kids take on supporting roles.

Thanks to a little animation magic, Britney gets swept up into a movie theater screen while attending a film with her two real children. For the rest of the song Britney’s singing with Smurf characters and dancing with Jayden and Sean who look like the perfect age to see the film.

Neil Patrick Harris – who voices Patrick in the film – also makes a couple of appearances.

Obviously “Ooh La La” is a child-friendly music video to appeal to The Smurfs 2 audience. For those who aren’t into children’s films and their related songs, Spears is rumored to be working on a new album which could debut as soon as the end of this year. She’s also reportedly finalizing a contract to host a new show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

When Spears’ involvement with the movie broke in April, the singer spoke about why she decided to collaborate with the adorable blue characters.

“I have always loved the Smurfs as a kid and now my boys are the biggest Smurfs fans EVER. I wanted to surprise them with a song in the movie. I know they’ll think it’s Smurftastic!”

Not only did Spears get to surprise her kids, she also gave them the opportunity to be in their first music video.

The Smurfs 2 opens in theaters July 31.
