The actress who plays Hank’s wife Skylar on AMC’s Breaking Bad has very, very high praise about the final eight episodes

Breaking Bad season 6 will kick off July 14 on AMC, and at the Screen Actors Guild Awards over the weekend (where the show did not win any awards, unfortunately) the actress got us really excited about the end of the show.

“What Walt’s actions have wrought, everything starts to explode and implode,” she said to E! Online. “Every single person around him is being affected by it in a very, very dark away. It’s kind of like watching the walls of this world crumble down. And I find myself having to lock myself away in a quiet room to read the scripts. I’ll find my hands shaking as I turn page after page because what they’re coming up with is so intensely mind-blowingly brilliant.”

Gunn basically described how we were on the edge of tears for much of seasons 4 and 5.

She continued, “The twists and the turns and the unexpected things that are happening are breathtaking, and your heart is leaping into your throat and it’s going to be that kind of ride for the viewers.”

Between the flash forward we saw at the beginning of Breaking Bad season 5, and this description from one of the star’s lead actresses, we’re nothing but excited for July 14.
