Bill Hader may have found his first big on-screen project since departing Saturday Night Live last May.

Variety is reporting that Hader is in talks to join Judd Apatow’s next movie.

Trainwreck (previously Train Wreck) was written by Amy Schumer, and she’s the only star currently attached to the project. Seeing as it is a Judd Apatow film, it’s sure to gain somewhere between a lot more big name stars and every actor in Hollywood.

As we previously reported, Trainwreck will center around Schumer’s character who is “a basket case who tries to rebuild her life.”

At the time of that report, it was also know that Apatow was in the process of casting three more significant roles: the boyfriend, the co-worker/best friend, and the parent. While we can cross off the role of the parent for the role that would be filled by Hader, it’s unknown whether he’ll play the boyfriend or the co-worker/best friend.

As for the plot of the story, we don’t know too much yet. The plot is being kept under wraps for the time being, but we’ll be sure to let you know when we find out details.

Apatow is one of the biggest names in comedy, but this will be a very important film for him. He won’t want this film to take after its title, something that arguably happened with his last directorial effort, This is 40. His previous film Funny People wasn’t universally loved either, so it’ll be important for him to recapture some of his Knocked Up magic.

Trainwreck opens July 24, 2015.
