Bill Hader returned to SNL this week to host along with musical guest Arcade Fire. Check out some of the highlights from the hilarious episode.

Cold Open

Though Bill Hader was the star of the show this week, the show brought back a couple of huge stars and favorites as well. In the opening sketch of the night John Goodman returned to Studio 8H playing recently-fired Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. The sketch also included SNL favorite Fred Armisen as Michael Wolff.

In his opening monologue, Bill Hader took some time to talk about his eight seasons on the show and some of the things he learned after he left the show.

Stefon Returns to Weekend Update

Of course there’s no chance that Bill Hader returns to SNL without bringing one of the most iconic characters of all time back to life, right? Stefon, full of info about New York’s hottest night clubs, stopped by the Weekend Update desk once again. And it didn’t disappoint.

The Californians

With Hader and Fred Armisen hanging around the SNL studio it just makes sense that they would bring back another sketch that everyone loves, right? In another episode of “The Californians,” they have to find a replacement for Kristen Wiig’s character.

Jurassic Park Auditions

In another sketch of the night, some of cast members do some fantastic impressions of celebrities auditioning for Jurassic Park in the ’90s. Kate McKinnon returns as Ellen, but from the ’90s, and it’s amazing.

Arcade Fire Performs

Arcade Fire performed “Creature Country” and “Put Your Money on Me” during this week’s episode. Check out the full performances below.

Coming Up on ‘SNL’

SNL will take a few weeks off before returning on April 7 with host Chadwick Boseman (from Black Panther) and musical guest Cardi B.
