Big Brother season 16, episode 25 just finished airing and the week 8 Power of Veto has taken place! Read our recap to find out what happened.

Donny’s feelings are hurt that Christine tried to throw the competition. He’s sure everyone else was in on it.

Christine apologizes to Cody, and she assures him she really did try to throw it. Derrick is annoyed he was dethroned and his plan failed.

Frankie’s plan is to try to win the veto himself and save his alliance members.

Derrick tries to talk to Donny but gets the cold shoulder. Donny can tell he’s lying and doesn’t want to give anything away. But Derrick can tell he’s lost Donny’s trust. He tells Frankie.

In the storage room Zach congratulates Donny on the win. Donny tells him if he wins the veto not to use it. They think there’s a chance Zach could be backdoored.

Team America gathers to plan their clothes stealing mission. They decide to hide the clothes in a bag under the trash. They get Victoria’s robe, Caleb’s boots, Zach’s gator shirt, and Cody’s hat.

The house guests meet to pick the players for the Power of Veto competition. Frankie pulls Victoria, Cody pulls Donny, Caleb pulls Christine.

Zach is worried he’s the next target. Donny tells him he’ll try to win the veto.

Zingbot returns to the house. But instead of making fun of them he starts throwing out compliments. Kathy Griffin comes and tells them Zingbot is broken and is here to show him how it’s done.

Kathy calls Caleb out for his stalker tendencies, makes fun of Christine’s intelligence, says Victoria isn’t playing the game, and calls Zach out for cuddling with Frankie.

At the Power of Veto competition they must reboot Zingbot. They have to connect a series of cables through the circuit boards. The first person to finish wins.

Frankie and Donny are neck and neck during the competition. Victoria has much more trouble than everyone else. Caleb manages to catch up to Frankie and Donny. On the last circuit board it comes down to Caleb and Frankie. Frankie finishes first and wins Power of Veto.

Zingbot gets his reboot and comes out zinging. His first target is Frankie, saying he’s always been in his sister’s shadow. Ouch! He also calls out Donny for having a bad social game. And tells Cody that his only enemy this summer is Christine’s husband. (That one is probably true)

Frankie tells Caleb he’s going to use the veto to save him. Zach tells Frankie to put Victoria up. He’s still nervous about being put up.

Cody realizes his hat is missing. Then Caleb realizes his boots are missing. Zach can’t find his gator shirt. Everyone blames Victoria. Derrick throws out the idea for a neighborhood watch. Everyone volunteers for patrols. Then they turn and think Zach did it. No matter what Zach says, they say he’s a saboteur.

Cody and Caleb end up finding all the missing items. They still don’t believe Zach didn’t do it.

At the Power of Veto meeting Frankie uses his veto to save Caleb. In his place he nominates Zach. Everyone is a little shocked.

Are you glad to see Zach and Cody up for eviction on ‘Big Brother’?
