Last week on Big Brother James won Head of Household, which sent the Six Sense Alliance into panic. Despite promising Shelli safety during the competition, James nominated both her and Clay. The house was in agreement that the power couple needed to be broken up.
When the Six Sense Alliance failed to win the Power of Veto, and the nominations stayed the same, sides had to be chosen. Clay was adamant that the house vote him out so that Shelli could stay. But James felt that Shelli was the better competitor and wanted her evicted. In the end, Clay was able to convince the house to send him home.

Sunday, August 9 at 8 p.m. ET: Nominations for eviction are revealed.
Wednesday, August 12 at 8 p.m. ET: The Power of Veto competition is held.
Thursday, August 13 at 9 p.m. ET: Another houseguest is evicted from the compound.
