Beyoncé strikes again! In a surprise move, the Queen Bey released a brand new remixed version of her track “Flawless” featuring Nicki Minaj on Sunday. Listen to the remixed track below!
Hot off the heels of her On The Run tour stop at the Rose Bowl in Southern California, Beyoncé surprised fans by releasing a remix of her track “Flawless.” The remixed track appeared on the international super star’s official website shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday morning.
The biggest change in the newly revamped song comes in the form of a stellar Nicki Minaj verse toward the end. That being said, the most interesting additive to the remix comes in the form of a line that seems to address the infamous elevator scuffle between Bey’s sister, Solange Knowles, and her husband, Jay-Z.
“We escalate, up in this bitch like elevators, of course sometimes s–t go down when there’s billion dollars on an elevator,” sings Beyoncé at one point on the track.
Currently, Beyoncé is in the midst of an international collaboration tour with husband Jay-Z, titled the On The Run Tour. If you weren’t lucky enough to get tickets to the concert spectacular, fear not, Queen Bey fans. HBO announced earlier last month that they are gearing up to bring Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s On The Run tour to your television screens. The premium cable network is slated to attend and record performances during Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s tour stops in Paris and air the footage this September.
