A promotional standee at an Orlando movie theater reveals several first looks at big characters, in human form, in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.

Inside the Magic found the new standee at Disney World’s Disney Springs’ (formerly known as Downtown Disney) movie theater, and it looks massive. On it we see the lead stars and the supporting characters.

Notably, we get great first looks at human Lumiére (Ewan McGregor), Cogsworth (Ian McKellen), Plumette (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), Garderobe (Audra McDonald), Mrs. Potts (Emma Thompson, who’s holding a cuppa tea), and Cadenza (Stanley Tucci). We also get a fresh look at Maurice (Kevin Kline)!

In a full look at the standee, we see Lumiére, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, and Chip in their object form:

How soon until we see this at our local movie theater and get to take a pic in between Belle and Beast?

The movie hits theaters this March.

The film’s synopsis: “Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is a live-action re-telling of the studio’s animated classic which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience, staying true to the original music while updating the score with several new songs.”

Beauty and the Beast is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within.”
