The Backstreet Boys are getting in the holiday spirit with their first song together since Kevin Richardson’s return, “It’s Christmas Time Again.”
“We’re so proud of this new song,” Nick Carter told AOL Music. “There aren’t that many original holiday songs out there – which is so crazy to say – and we really feel we made a timeless contribution to the season and a song our kids’ kids will be listening to.”
“When the snow is falling down down down/ You’ll know that Santa’s back in town town town/ That’s when it’s Christmas time again,” the Boys sing in the track bound to make you want to sip on hot cocoa and roll around in the snow.

BSB announced the return of original band member Kevin Richardson back in April. He had left the band to “move on with the next chapter” of his life in 2006. All original five members of the popular ’90s boy band reunited for a performance on Good Morning America in August. They are working on a new album with a yet unannounced title and release date.“It’s Christmas Time Again” will be available on iTunes Nov. 6.
The Backstreet Boys will be sailing to the Bahamas with fans as part of their 20th anniversary cruise Oct. 25-28, 2013. Partying with Kevin, Howie, Nick, A.J. and Brian won’t come cheap, though. Some cabins are still available at BackstreetBoysCruise.com for $899 and up.
Fans can also watch the band perform as part of the “2012 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade” special on Dec. 25.
