28-year-old Canadian pop star Avril Lavigne has just released her latest infectiously catchy single just in time for summer!

A prominent head-bobbing drum beat coupled with a simple and sweet acoustic electric guitar riff makes Lavigne’s latest a very easy listen, but it’s the lyrics of this soon-to-be summer hit that’s the real kicker!

With singable lines like “singing Radiohead at the top of our lungs/With the boombox blaring as we’re falling in love” and “when the sun’s going down, I’ll be raising my cup/ singing here’s to never growing up,” we can guarantee Lavigne’s latest will be a staple on the radio waves as we head into summer!

According to E! Online, the singer wrote what she hopes will be a summer anthem with four other artists, including fiance and Nickleback frontman, Chad Kroeger.

The Canadian pop star first made a name for herself with hit singles like “Complicated,” “Sk8er Boi”  and, of course, her penchant for incorporating ties into her daily wardrobe; “Here’s To Never Growing Up” is Lavigne’s first single since the release of her fourth studio album, Goodbye Lullaby.
