The first casting call is out for the upcoming Arrow/The Flash spinoff, and it reveals details for three heroes who will appear.

As we previously reported, The CW is developing a spinoff from Arrow and The Flash that will star Arrow‘s Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer/Atom) and Caity Lotz (Sara Lance/Canary) and The Flash‘s Wentworth Miller (Leonard Snart/Captain Cold) and Victor Garber (Dr. Martin Stein/half of Firestorm).

The announcement revealed, among other interesting tidbits, that the new series would include three major DC Comics characters who have never appeared in a television series. We now have a casting call for those three characters:

‘The Traveler’

He is described as a “Han Solo-esque rogue who gets by with his charm, this hero hails from the future, and has journeyed back in time on a secret mission. His razor-sharp wit hides the pain of a man who has lived through serious conflict. He also harbors many secrets, always leaving both his teammates and the audience unsure of his true allegiances.”

Popular theories suggest this could be Rip Hunter, as another popular time traveler, Booster Gold, has already appeared on an episode of Smallville.

‘Female Warrior’

She is a “twenty-something Latina.” She is described as “pretty but unassuming, book smart and socially awkward by day. But by night, when she hears the cry of battle, her fury is ignited and she becomes a fierce warrior — so much so, that sometimes she can become a threat to others.”

This is such a vague description, it’s hard to nail down possibilities for who this hero could be. Some theories include Hawkgirl, Kendra Munoz-Saunders and Yolanda Montez, Ted Grant/Wildcat’s goddaughter.

‘Mystery Warrior’

He is “[a]n African-American male in his twenties” who “will fill the role of a regular, street smart guy who unexpectedly gains powers, and then, as part of the team, regularly quips about the insanity of the situations.”

This is another vague description. Initial theories have suggested that this is Static Shock, but he is currently bound for a WB web series so the next logical choice seems to be Black Lightning.

Little else is known about the series, other than it is being described as a “superhero team-up show” and that it is likely to bypass pilot season altogether.

Who do you think these mystery heroes could be?
