The promo for next week’s Arrow episode 1×05 “Damaged” has been released by The CW.
It certainly seems that everybody has caught on to the fact that Oliver is Arrow, and we wonder how he, and Laurel as his attorney, will talk his way out of it. We know they will, otherwise there would be no point to the show. We wonder if Oliver is showing Laurel the scars, he’ll reveal that he truly is the one behind the cape to her. We expect it will happen eventually, but we don’t know if the writers want to play that card so soon in the show.
Last week we got the stills and synopsis for 1×05 “Damaged” that shows the arrival of John Barrowman as the “well-dressed man” (apart from his brief appearance in last night’s episode). Here they are again for quick reference:

DC COMICS’ VILLAIN DEATHSTROKE APPEARS ON THE ISLAND WITH OLIVER — After Detective Lance (Paul Blackthorne) arrests Oliver (Stephen Amell) for murder, Oliver tells Moira (Susanna Thompson) the only lawyer he’ll allow to represent him is Laurel (Katie Cassidy). Laurel takes the case which puts her at odds with her father. Oliver offers to take a polygraph in front Detective Lance but things get tense when Lance asks him if anyone else was on the island with him. Oliver flashes back to when he got his first scar, courtesy of Deathstroke (guest star Jeffrey Robinson). Colin Donnell, David Ramsey and Willa Holland also star. Michael Shultz directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Ben Sokolowski (#105).
