A villain taken down by Team Arrow in season 2 will be giving Barry Allen a run for his money on The Flash.

Robert Knepper will reprise his role as William Tockman on episode 7 of The Flash, reports TVLine. Knepper appeared as Tockman, aka Clock King, on Arrow season 2, episode 14, “Time of Death.”

In the Arrow-verse, Tockman directed heists based on a tight schedule. A man with a terminal illness, Tockman was taken down when Felicity uploaded a virus into his electronic equipment.

It also turns out that Tockman won’t be working alone when he arrives in Central City.

“We wanted to give Barry a real challenge… two bad guys!” says executive producer Andrew Kreisberg. In episode 7, Barry will be “fighting both a new enemy and one of our scariest and most successful Arrow villains in The Clock King.”

There’s no news on who this mysterious second villain is yet.

Interestingly, this episode is also set right before the promised two-hour Arrow/Flash crossover event in episode 8 of both shows.
