Arrow season 3, episode 16, “The Offer,” airs tonight, as Oliver deals with the ramifications of Ra’s al Ghul’s offer.

Previously on ‘Arrow’

Thea gave up Malcolm Merlyn’s location to the League of Assassins. Oliver, worrying that Thea would regret her biological father’s death, tried to stop his transfer; he failed, but captured Nyssa al Ghul in the process. Nyssa, though, happily gave up the location of Nanda Parbat, as she was certain Oliver would die there.

Oliver and Diggle traveled to Nanda Parbat on a rescue mission but were captured. However, when Oliver was brought before Ra’s, the Demon’s Head had no interest in killing him. Instead, he wanted Oliver to become the next Ra’s al Ghul.

Meanwhile, Felicity looked after Ray, who’d been locked away in his home working on the A.T.O.M. suit for a week. The two eventually hooked up. Ray then was able to complete the A.T.O.M. suit, and he took a test flight over Starling City.
