Staff picks

Mitchel: The only game out of this month’s list that I’d check out would be Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, in that it reminds me a lot of the fantastic 2010 sleeper hit, 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors. Something about what Atlus does in bringing in lesser known Japanese hits to the States just excites me. Maybe it’s the fantastic art style, or the exclusivity of knowing you were one of few to play such an amazing title?

Anna: The stand-out for me this month is the HD release of Age of Empires II. The original version of the game was one of the first titles I ever remember playing, and I can’t wait to revisit it all in glorious HD. I’ll also be spending April continuing my playthrough of The Witcher.

What are you planning on playing in April?
