Apple’s WeWork limited series, WeCrashed has found its newest star in America Ferrera.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress America Ferrera is the latest big name to join the cast of WeCrashed at Apple TV+.

The forthcoming limited series is based off of the hit Wondery podcast of the same name.

Apple’s eight-episode limited series will tell the story of the rise and inevitable fall of WeWork— one of the world’s most valuable startups. According to the limited series’ official logline, WeCrashed will profile the “narcissists” behind the company “whose chaotic love made it all possible.”

For her part, America Ferrera is set to take on the role of Elishia Kennedy. Described as a brilliant entrepreneur, Elishia finds her life going off the rails when she gives into the temptation to join WeWork.

Behind the camera, WeCrashed hails from Drew Crevello (The Long Dark) and Lee Eisenberg (Little America), who has an overall deal with Apple TV+.

Both Eisenberg and Crevello will serve as co-writers, executive producers, and show runners on the forthcoming series.

Set to direct are John Requa and Glenn Ficarra (This Is Us).

Apple has yet to announce when we can expect to see its WeWork limited series, WeCrashed premiere via its streamer.
