CBS and The Late Late Show’s wildly successful Carpool Karaoke series is heading to Apple Music with new and exclusive episodes.

Apple has announced that they’ve signed a deal for 16 new Carpool Karaoke episodes which’ll premiere only on Apple Music.

Interestingly, the spinoff series did not announce a host today. Unfortunately, The Hollywood Reporter says Carpool Karaoke host James Corden will likely not be in the driver’s seat.

No Corden may hurt the potential success of the show. He’s a big reason why the show has been so popular.

“We love music, and Carpool Karaoke celebrates it in a fun and unique way that is a hit with audiences of all ages,” said Apple Music head Eddy Cue. “It’s a perfect fit for Apple Music — bringing subscribers exclusive access to their favorite artists and celebrities who come along for the ride.”

According to THR, the spinoff will feature “celebrity guests who sing along to their favorite songs and surprise fans during their ride.”

Apple Music costs $10/month and is an alternative to streaming services like Pandora and Spotify. Apple has made a big push to promote their new-ish service as it tries to establish itself in an ever-evolving music industry. Their Carpool Karaoke deal shows that they’re looking at nontraditional ways to grow.

The latest Carpool Karaoke from James Corden featured First Lady Michelle Obama on the grounds of the White House in Washington D.C. In six days it’s amassed a whopping 32 million views on YouTube.
