The actor who plays Gollum in The Hobbit was recently asked by the BBC to discuss how filming is going in New Zealand, and he had nothing but positive things to say!
Says Andy Serkis:
I’ve just literally got back a couple of days ago from shooting the first block. It’s in huge kind of blocks relaly with hiatuses in between, and this is one of them.
It’s absolutely amazing. It’s such a brilliant – a very similar – 99% of the crew have come back from The Lord of the Rings and it’s a wonderful, wonderful atmosphere. But of course a roster of new characters and new actors who are going through the experience for the first time. It’s joyous and I’m having an absolute ball.
