Andy Samberg, NBC Universal, Universal Republic Records and Lonely Island are being sued over sketches used on the late night comedy show, including the Emmy-award winning short “Shy Ronnie.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, a St. Louis-based production company is suing over the sketches for “Shy Ronnie” and “Like A Boss,” that the company claims had a hand in creating.

The lawsuit, which was filed in New York federal court claims that the production team had a hand in creating the music that was formed in creating the hilarious comedy sketches for SNL.

It seems like these kinds of things should be ironed out long before they end up getting resolved. First Adam Lambert, and now Andy Samberg!?
