UPDATE: Paramount International has released a trailer as well. It includes a cameo from Harrison Ford and even more new footage:

In related news, this week Ben & Jerry’s announced a new ice cream flavor centered around everyone’s favorite newsman Ron Burgundy. The flavor is called “Scotchy Scotch Scotch” and is described as a “creamy concoction of butterscotch ice cream with ribbons of butterscotch swirl.”

Said Burgundy in a press release, “Scotchy, Scotch, Scotch is a delicious ice cream and I hope Ben and Jerry consider my other suggestions. Malt liquor marshmallow, well liquor bourbon peanut butter, and cheap white wine sherbet.”

Burgundy (Ferrell) has been busy promoting his upcoming film in recent weeks. The newsman stars in a series of hilarious Dodge Durango commercials and is publishing his own memoir.

Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues opens in theaters on December 20. Reads the film’s official synopsis, “With the 70’s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk in ‘Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.’ Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) – All of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy…while taking the country’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.”
