Amy Schumer has been named the star of HBO’s upcoming comedy special, which is to be directed by Chris Rock.

If you don’t know the name Amy Schumer, you best start doing some Googling. And we don’t mean the dirty kind.

One of the hottest names in standup comedy right now, Schumer’s Comedy Central sketch show Inside Amy Schumer is on its third season, and rocked the boat in a major way earlier this week with her on-point parody of 12 Angry Men.

And for her next trick, The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Schumer has landed herself an HBO comedy special.

The special will be filmed at the Apollo Theater in New York on May 29, and set to air later this year. Chris Rock is set to direct, with Schumer set to write and executively produce with Mike Berkowitz and Jimmy Miller.

HBO programming president Michael Lombardo says in a statement, “Amy is one of the most inspired comics working today, and we hope her first HBO special marks the start of a long and beautiful relationship.”

Speaking about Chris Rock, who recently directed Top Five (his first directing job in seven years), Lombardo adds, “This event is even more special because our good friend, the incredibly talented Chris Rock, is directing.”

Amy Schumer can next be seen in Judd Apatow’s comedy Trainwreck. The movie also stars Bill Hader, and premieres July 17, 2015.
