Amy Adams is continuing her partnership with HBO!

According to Variety, Academy Award nominee Amy Adams has teamed up with manager Stacy O’Neil to launch a new production company.

Called Bond Group Entertainment, Adams and O’Neil’s new company has already locked in a first look deal with HBO, and lined up their first project.

The first look deal finds Adams continuing her relationship with the premium cable network. Currently, the Vice actress stars in HBO’s limited series adaptation of Gillan Flynn’s novel, Sharp Objects.

As part of their first-look deal, they’ll be adapting Barbara Kingslover’s 1988 Pulitzer Prize finalist novel, The Poisonwood Bible, for HBO.

Kingslover’s best-selling novel tells the story of the Price family — evangelical missionaries who move from the United States to the Belgian Congo in 1959 in the midst of political turmoil.

The story is told through the eyes of the mother, Orleanna Price, and focuses on how her four daughters mature and develop, all while trying to adapt to their new lives living in an African village.

Kingslover is teaming up with Anya Epstein to write and executive produce on the project. In addition, Adams and O’Neil will also be executive producing.

There’s no word yet on when we can expect Adams’ adaptation of The Poisonwood Bible to premiere via HBO.
