The Enchanted and Muppets actress is in negotiations for her next film!

Amy Adams is in talks for an upcoming thriller, Dark Places.  The film will be an adaptation from the New York Times best-selling book by Gillian Flynn.  Director Gilles Paquet-Brenner will helm Dark Places, who also directed Sarah’s Key,  the largest grossing foreign languange film in North America last year.

Adams will play Libby Day, a woman who, at seven-years old, survived the brutal massacre of her family and testified against her brother as the murderer. Twenty-five years later, the Kill Club, a secret-society obsessed with solving notorious crimes, bring her to question and confront the truth of what took place that day.

What do you think about Adams’ new role?  Have you read Dark Places?
