Ryan Murphy is finally giving fans more details about season 2 of American Horror Story. A few days ago we posted some of these including where and in what the season would take place. Now, the first promotional poster for the second season has been released!

Murphy had hinted that the second season would take place in what he called a horror institution. From the promotional poster it looks as though we can expect to see the location to be at a psychiatric hospital. Perhaps one where experimental surgeries left angry spirits to roam the halls?
