American Horror Story season 10 will be bringing back familiar faces like Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters, and adding a new one to the mix with Macaulay Culkin.

American Horror Story franchise creator Ryan Murphy officially announced the cast for the anthology show’s upcoming 10th season with a cryptic, eerie video that he posted on his Instagram.

Set to the Orville Peck song “Dead of Night,” Murphy announced that Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters will be returning for the 10th season of the popular FX horror anthology after missing out on season 9. The two have generally been mainstays on the anthology horror series, which made their one-season absence all the more strange.

Joining the returning Paulson and Peters will be previous American Horror Story season stars Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd, Finn Wittrock, Lily Rabe, Adina Porter, Leslie Grossman and Angelica Ross.

Macaulay Culkin is the new, surprise addition to the American Horror Story cast. Culkin is of course best known for terrorizing would-be home intruders in his role as the precocious Kevin McCallister in the Home Alone franchise.

While he most recently appeared as a guest star on the Hulu comedy series Dollface, his series regular role on American Horror Story will mark his first ever series regular part in a live-action TV series.

Though he was a frequent contributor to the Adult Swim stop-motion show Robot Chicken, his last substantial TV role — which wasn’t a series regular role — was on the NBC TV series Kings, which despite positive critical response was cancelled after a single season.

Though we have yet to know the theme for the upcoming season, fans can comb through the announcement video for clues or hints as to what it might entail.
