By now, most people are aware of the circus nightmare arriving on FX tomorrow night. American Horror Story: Freak Show has taken the summer and fall to promote the show through teaser trailers, interviews, opening credits, and poster after poster. There is one central theme that rings through every spoiler and cast interview, the freaks challenge the idea of normal. The people who pay to escape their mundane lives for the thrill of seeing the human oddities of Elsa Mars’ collection are the outsiders and the freaks will be the people you want to let into your lives.

Meet the Freaks:
Jessica Lange as Elsa Mars the leader of the freak show who, no matter her actions, always has the best interest of her surrogate family in mind.
Sarah Paulson as Bette and Dot Tattler the Siamese twins with very different personalities, sharing one body. They are brought in as the act that may save the show.
Angela Bassett as Desiree Dupree the tri-breasted woman married to Dell Toledo.
Kathy Bates as Ethel Darling the bearded woman and right hand woman to Elsa Mars.
Evan Peters as Jimmy Darling the male leader of the group and lobster handed man.
Michael Chiklis as Dell Toledo the world’s strongest man. He shows up to escape trouble and winds up reuniting with his ex-wife Ethel and estranged son Jimmy.
Denis O’Hare as Stanley as con-man who means to run Elsa’s business into the ground.
Emma Roberts as Maggie Esmerelda a fortune teller and accomplice of Stanley.
John Carroll Lynch as Twisty the killer clown whose murderous rampage across Jupiter turns the authorities on the freak show.
Finn Wittrock as Dandy Mott a spoiled Jupiter resident whose greatest desire is to run away and join the freak show.
Frances Conroy as Gloria Mott the mother of Dandy and lady about the town.
Joining the cast this season are a few extra-ordinary artists.
Mat Fraser as Paul the Illustrated Seal. Rose Siggins as Legless Suzi. Jyoti Amge as Ma Petite. Erika Ervin as Amazon Eve. Also, straight from American Horror Story: Asylum Naomi Grossman returns as Pepper.
Matt Bomber and Wes Bentley will also make appearances as the season progresses.

What We Can Expect:
In addition to the stars and what roles they will be playing on the show, there are quiet a few details about the show that fans are aching to see in action.
First up, Jessica Lange will sing! As part of the show’s act, Elsa Mars steals the spotlight from her sideshow acts with a few musical numbers this season. Although she wants what is best for her travelling band of oddities, when someone intrudes to step on her toes, her insecurities may get the best of her.
Second, Twisty the killer clown makes his debut in the first episode. If the trailer for the series left you craving more, the clown’s hold over the people of Jupiter, Fl. will be introduced in episode one. Ryan Murphy promises, “We decided to go head on at it and we tried to make him the most terrifying clown of all time.”

There will be a Halloween special featuring Wes Bentley as Edward Mordrake, based on the story of the real Englishman who suffered from Diprosopus, a condition where there are two faces. In the case of Mordrake, his two-faced-ness, comes with one in the front and an another in the back who whispers enticing evil ploys to him.
Regardless of how much viewers know, Ryan Murphy is sure to add enough flare and surprise to keep audiences entertained!
American Horror Story: Freak Show premieres tomorrow, October 8 at 10:00 p.m. ET on FX with the first episode, “Monsters Among Us.”
