‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ adds a gamemaker

American Horror Story: Freak Show adds a Hunger Games alum to the show! What role will the newcomer play in Ryan Murphy’s circus?

The failed Gamemaker viewers may recognize for his awesome beard in The Hunger Games will be sure to avoid any berries as he takes on his latest role as a member of Ryan Murphy’s freak show.

Wes Bentley (American Beauty) is signed on for a two episode arc that will air as part of the Halloween two-part special. Bentley is the second newcomer to join American Horror Story: Freak Show and will be at odds with Kathy Bates.

Bentley’s unnamed character will seek revenge for years of torment at the hands of Kathy Bates’ character. Could he be the infamous clown killer? Unless the creepy villain is only looking to make a two episode appearance, than it does not seem likely. Bentley joins Michael Chiklis as the ex-lover of Kathy Bates. Bates is certainly not well loved this season so far!

Earlier this week some information about the American Horror Story panel planned for San Diego Comic Con confirmed that while AHS: Freak Show will be on the docket for discussion, no footage will be shown. Instead the panel plans to host a retroactive look at Coven.

Guests confirmed for the panel include, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Michael Chiklis, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts and executive producer Tim Minear.
