In the latest Amazing Spider-Man 2 images we see a great shot of Dane DeHaan as the Green Goblin and Spider-Man being electrocuted.
Three new Amazing Spider-Man 2 clips recently landed online and director Marc Webb confirmed that he won’t be directing Amazing Spider-Man 4 in an interview this past weekend.
Today we have seven new images from the film which include some great shots of Spidey. Check the new images out below via CBM:
While there may have been some question as to who would be the main villain in the Spider-Man sequel, recent trailers confirmed that Electro will be filling that role. He looks incredibly powerful as he electrocutes Spider-Man in the latest images. We also get a look at The Rhino as well as Spider-Man hanging out with mini-Spidey.
Dane DeHaan looks like a solid Harry Osborn, with just enough amount of crazy in his eyes to know that he will be transformed into the Green Goblin at some point. We got our first official look of the Green Goblin in an HD poster recently.
Director Marc Webb recently confirmed that he has signed on to direct the third Spider-Man film and we’re glad to find out that there will be some continuity within the franchise. The big question will be who will take over once Sony begins shooting one Spider-Man movie a year.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 release date is set for May 2, 2014. Stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will be returning as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx (Electro) will also be in the film, along with Sally Fields, Dane DeHaan, Paul Giamatti, and Colm Feore.
