In the latest Amazing Spider-Man 2 featurette we see Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield figuring out how Spider-Man can have two separate lives.

We saw some of this new footage in a trailer which landed last week, but today we see some behind-the-scenes footage of the actors, as well as additional film footage. Watch The Amazing Spider-Man 2 featurette below:

Sony has been releasing loads of trailers and clips from the Spider-Man sequel, along with an official website called Enemies Unite during the Super Bowl. This trailer is definitely worth checking out incase fans missed it, as it features an extended look at the Spider-Man sequel and its villains.

There have been reports that Emma Stone’s character may see an untimely death in this film and there’s signs of that happening in the last few trailers, as Peter grabs her as they crash into a glass roof. Due to Emma Stone’s popularity, we think she’ll most likely make it into the third film.

Though, in this latest featurette, we hear her tell Peter that she’s going to England to attend the University of Oxford on a scholarship, which is what she does prior to being (spoilers) killed in the comics. This could be where the second and third film will split, with Gwen Stacy leaving Peter behind for England.

We found out back in late 2013 that the fourth film in the Spider-Man franchise may include Venom or the Sinister Six. There have been signs of the Sinister Six in most of the film’s trailers, as well as shots of Harry Osborn becoming the Green Goblin.

We imagine we’ll know more as The Amazing Spider-Man 2 opens in theaters, as Sony appears to be scheduling the future of this franchise and its spinoffs years in advance. Which is a good sign that they’re fully behind director Marc Webb’s vision of The Amazing Spider-Man franchise.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 release date is set for May 2, 2014. Stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will be returning as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx (Electro) will also be in the film, along with Sally Fields, Dane DeHaan, Paul Giamatti, and Colm Feore.
