Sony continues its bombardment of Amazing Spider-Man 2 clips, with the latest showing Andrew Garfield flying through the streets of New York.

Although Paul Giamatti’s character Rhino will only be in Amazing Spider-Man 2 for a few minutes, it seems the sequence of Spider-Man keeping plutonium out of his hands will be rather exciting. It’s possible this could be the first scene in the film. Watch the new clip below:

Another clip has also been released which shows Peter and Harry talking about parental problems, as they skip rocks in the river. Watch Peter accidently show a bit too much strength while skipping rocks:

We’ve had four Amazing Spider-Man 2 clips in less than a week when the film is still over a month away. Hopefully they’ll leave some footage for fans who actually go to the theater to catch the film on the big screen.

Director Marc Webb recently confirmed that he has signed on to direct the third Spider-Man film and we’re glad to find out that there will be some continuity within the franchise. The big question will be who will take over once Sony begins shooting out one Spider-Man movie a year.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 release date is set for May 2, 2014. Stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will be returning as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx (Electro) will also be in the film, along with Sally Fields, Dane DeHaan, Paul Giamatti, and Colm Feore.
