Alec Baldwin and Kelsey Grammer are joining forces for a new series coming down the pipeline at ABC!

According to Variety, 30 Rock vet Alec Baldwin and Fraiser alum Kelsey Grammer have signed on to star in a brand new multi-camera comedy currently in development at ABC.

The series, which currently does not yet have a title, has been given a straight to series order by the network.

When the series premieres, it’ll find Baldwin and Grammer playing two of a trio of men who used to be roommates in their twenties. While it’s clear that the men must have gotten along at some point, the former roommates ended on bad terms after egos drove a wedge between them.

The series picks up with the three men decades later when they reunite for one more run at the lives they’ve always wanted.

Currently, there’s no word yet on who will star opposite Baldwin and Grammer as the third roommate in question, but we’re sure television fans will be excited to find out whenever the casting news is announced!

Behind the camera, the forthcoming untitled ABC comedy boasts a bit of star power in Modern Family co-creator Chris Lloyd.

Lloyd, along with executive producer Vali Chandrasekaran will be joining forces to serve as writers and executive producers on the new series. Also set to executive produce are Grammer and Baldwin.

Currently, there’s no word yet with regards to when we can expect the new comedy series to debut via ABC.
