Put on your Halloween best and settle in for AHS: Hotel episode 4, “Devil’s Night.” Which famous serial killers landed an invite to the Cortez tonight?

AHS: Hotel‘s version of “Devil’s Night,” or mischief night, will not include any toilet paper, though there may be eggs on the table. Mr. March extends a polite dinner invitation to Detective Lowe in the first of two Halloween-centric AHS episodes. Part one, “Devil’s Night,” calls the most famous serial killers of the past century to take part in a little get together. John Lowe, who is currently hunting an active serial killer dubbed the Ten Commandments Killer, will wine and dine with the masters of the murder trade.

ICYMI: AHS: Hotel episode 3 recap: Unfinished business

Along with Mr. March, a few more stars from AHS‘ past make their way through space and time to portray real life criminals. Lily Rabe will appear as Aileen Wurnos, the woman who killed seven men in under a year. And John Carroll Lynch makes his triumphant return as, you guessed it, a clown! Lynch will play John Wayne Gacy, known as the Killer Clown who sexually assaulted and killed 33 young boys in Chicago in the 1970s.

Perhaps this dinner will teach Detective Lowe a few things about the inside of a killer’s mind. That is, of course, if he makes it out alive. Meanwhile, his wife Alexis hangs around the Cortez trying to figure out why her son has not aged since he disappeared five years ago. The Countess has the answers, but do not expect her to hand them over freely.
