The ancient blood virus The Countess inflicts upon the chosen few demands to be fed with the blood of a thriving human being. What will a couple from the valley taste like? Our guess is probably kale with a hint of lemon. Iris is likely to find out when guest star Darren Criss checks in and tests the limits of her patience!
Recent convert Alexis Lowe will be reunited with her son Holden for eternity tonight as well. But will her new condition place her patients’ parents in jeopardy when she sees a way to save them from certain death? The Countess’ child army may be gaining a few new members by night’s end.

After a night dining with the nation’s finest serial killers, Lowe’s attention turns away from the Ten Commandment Killer and focuses on exposing the dark secrets of the Hotel Cortez.
