On this week’s AHS: Freak Show episode 9, “Tupperware Party Massacre,” the clean up from the blood shed begins with the stills and synopsis.

Tragedy struck AHS last week as viewers bid farewell to more than one main cast member. Elsa’s knife, and Stanley’s carefully laid plan, set up Ethel’s murder as a suicide. While across town, Gloria’s attempt to get Dandy some psychological aid left her not only drained of emotion, but blood as well.

This week, Elsa’s Cabinet of Curiosities remains on edge as tensions mount under the tent and Jimmy spirals out of control.

In a correction from last week’s episode, it appears that the synopsis applies to this week. That explains why Maggie and Dandy’s paths never crossed and why the hunt for the Twins did not pan out.

Synopsis: “In the wake of a tragic loss, Jimmy sinks into a drunken despair. A reading from Maggie spurs Dandy to action. Stanley and Elsa track down the Twins.”

Dandy Mott continues to be the focal point of the Horror in this season’s installment of AHS. Week in and week out the scenes in which Finn Wittrock makes an appearance deliver the chills that Twisty promised early on. The final scene of last week’s episode hovered above Dandy bathing in a tub of his mother’s blood hoping to absorb her energy. This week he will have to answer to Regina and Maggie’s reading may be catalyst to add another victim to his count.

If the trailer for this week’s episode shows us anything, it is that Dandy’s imagination is a dangerous place to play. The brief flashes show a human puppet, a pool full of drowned housewives, and a creepy confrontation Regina.
