The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6 premiere date was revealed at WonderCon, along with a new appearance from “Coulson.”
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6 will premiere on May 10th, a fact with which the team had a bit of fun.
May 10th returns Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6 to the Friday night slot they occupied last year. Airtime for the next season has yet to be announced, but the 9:00 or 10:00 pm hour is likely.

As for the content of the season, lucky fans at WonderCon were treated to a screening of the highly-anticipated Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6 premiere. For everyone else, the following clip was released, which reveals the “return” of the man who looks like, but allegedly is definitely not, Phillip J. Coulson.
There’s a lot to unpack in this action-packed clip. What caused the massive explosion that nearly incapacitated May and Elena? Who is the mysterious girl apprehended by the unfortunate S.H.I.E.L.D. agent? Why and how are there professionally-branded S.H.I.E.L.D. agents again?

And most importantly, who is that guy who looks so much like Coulson, what is that crazy weapon he’s got, and how did he seemingly drive a truck through the fabric of space and, who knows, possibly time?
So yeah, lots of questions left over — and that’s not even counting what we’ve got from the mysterious Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6 cast photo.
It looks like we’ll have to be patient for now, something that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fans have had a lot of practice at recently. But with the season premiere less than two months away, hopefully all of our questions will be answered soon.
