In spite of rumors to the contrary, Marvel Television will have their usual exciting presence at San Diego Comic-Con.

A joint panel promoting Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 3 and Agent Carter season 2 will be held at 3:00 on Friday, July 10. The San Diego Convention Center’s Ballroom 20, which has hosted Marvel Television’s events for several years, will once again serve as the venue for the highly-anticipated appearance.

Fans had wondered whether the television arm of Marvel Studios would make an appearance at San Diego Comic-Con this year, as the major motion picture side of the company is taking 2015 off from the convention. But plans appear to be steaming ahead as usual for the small screen.

As in previous years, the Marvel television panel will be moderated by Jeph Loeb, Marvel’s executive producer extraordinaire. For the panel promoting the first season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Loeb showed up in a shirt emblazoned with the words “Coulson Lives”; last year, he moderated the panel wearing the Hydra emblem. Loeb’s choice of attire for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 3 remains a mystery, but whatever it is, it will probably set Ballroom 20 rocking once again.

Showrunners Maurissa Tancharoen, Jed Whedon, and Jeph Bell will represent the dastardly hands of the writers on the panel for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 3, and the entire cast is also set to attend. This year will be the first time Adrianne Palicki (Bobbi Morse), Nick Blood (Lance Hunter), Henry Simmons (Mack) and Luke Mitchell (Lincoln) will represent the Marvel series at San Diego Comic-Con — and without question, it will be a sight to behold.

On Peggy Carter’s side of history, series star Hayley Atwell will appear to tease upcoming events on Agent Carter season 2. The only other cast member joining Atwell will be fan-favorite James D’Arcy (Edwin Jarvis) — a heartening suggestion that Jarvis will join Peggy on her upcoming adventures in California.

Executive producers and writers Tara Butters, Michele Fazekas, Chris Dingess, and Louis D’Esposito will join Atwell and D’Arcy on the Agent Carter panel, offering insights into their highly-acclaimed first season — and hopefully dropping a few hints at what’s to come.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 3 returns on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 9:00 p.m. on ABC.
