Agent Carter 2×05, “The Atomic Job,” airs tomorrow night, and in our exclusive clip we see what happens when Peggy reaches out to Whitney Frost.
Whitney has been growing more powerful each episode, especially as she continues to consume others with the help of the Zero Matter in her system. Watch the clip below to see what happens when Peggy offers the help of the SSR.
Whitney has gone off the deep end and is quick to rebuff Peggy’s offer (though that doesn’t mean we’re any less obsessed with her as a character). She understands Zero Matter more than anyone else, and she isn’t willing to let go of it just because someone asked nicely. Her husband’s into the idea of getting his wife some much-needed help, but Whitney has big plans, and the SSR does not factor into them.
Whitney takes a swing at Peg, who ducks it, and pops up on the other side. It’s here we get a good look at how extensive the mark is on her face. Every time she uses the Zero Matter inside her to get someone out of her way, the line grows longer. And, it seems, her ability to take a punch grows, too. We’re curious to see how this will continue to change her.
