Adele’s Skyfall theme song is set for release later this week.

The “Rolling In The Deep” singer will premiere the song, which features a 77-piece orchestra, on her official website Thursday, Oct. 4 at 7:07 p.m. ET (Oct. 5 at 12:07 a.m. BST).

“I was a little hesitant at first to be involved with the theme song for Skyfall,” Adele said in a statement. “There’s a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song. But I fell in love with the script and Paul had some great ideas for the track, and it ended up being a bit of a no brainer to do it in the end.”

She co-wrote the song with Paul Epworth, a songwriter and producer who has previously worked with Florence and the Machine, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Foster the People and Adele.

“It was also a lot of fun writing to a brief, something I’ve never done which made it exciting,” she added. “When we recorded the strings, it was one of the proudest moments of my life. I’ll be back combing my hair when I’m 60 telling people I was a Bond girl back in the day, I’m sure!”

UPDATE: You can listen to a lengthy sample now (thanks, Dark Horizons):

Earlier today, Adele tweeted a picture of what looked to be the sheet music for “Skyfall.”

“Skyfall” is Adele’s first new song since releasing her sophomore album 21 in 2011, which won 6 Grammys, including Album of the Year, and produced No. 1 hits in “Rolling in the Deep”, “Someone like You” and “Set Fire to the Rain.”

Skyfall, the 23rd installment in the James Bond franchise, starring Daniel Craig, premieres in the U.K. on Oct. 26 and in the U.S. on Nov. 9. The theme song is available for pre-order today.
