The first song off Adele’s new album 25 is online, and you can listen to it here, plus check out the gorgeous music video.

This week, Adele announced that her new album 25 would be out November 20. The first single off the album is titled “Hello,” and was teased on X-Factor in the U.K.

Now, the full-length version of “Hello” is online. Adele fans won’t be disappointed, as this is a classic ballad in the style we know and love. Without further ado:

The music video was directed by Xavier Dolan, who brought us the 2014 film Mommy. The video is beautiful and soft, with a long introduction showing Adele entering an old house and pulling coverings off the furniture.

We see her with a past lover (90210‘s Tristan Wilds), they argue and break up, and all the shots in the video suggest the passing of time: An overgrown phone box in the forest, dust, and empty spaces.

Unfortunately it’s not quite a clear track, since we can hear the people in the video speaking over it.

In Adele’s own words, “25 is about getting to know who I’ve become without realizing. And I’m sorry it took so long, but you know, life happens.”

Here’s the full track list for 25, out November 20:

1. Hello
2. Send My Love (To Your New Lover)
3. I Miss You
4. When We Were Young
5. Remedy
6. Water Under The Bridge
7. River Lea
8. Love In The Dark
9. Million Years Ago
10. All I Ask
11. Sweetest Devotion

“Hello” is available for pre-order via iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play.
