He may not have won The Glee Project, but season 2 alum Abraham Lim hasn’t stopped showcasing his amazing voice. Check out and buy his cover of “Hold It Against Me.”

Covers of hit songs are nothing new for Lim, who was successful on YouTube long before he was ever on The Glee Project. Check out his YouTube page right here.

His single, titled “Hold It Against Me (REMIXXX),” shows much more of a vocal range than Britney’s version, and even features a more attractive dance break than the original.

Lim has released the song through BandCamp.com, with 50% of the proceeds of the track going towards the creation of his next live shows. BandCamp also allows you to donate more than the original price of the song, supporting artists and their careers in more significant ways. The note on the download page reads:

50% of proceeds from sales of this track will go towards the production of the next live show coming to a city near you (hopefully) in the summer of 2013! The other 50% will go towards my living expenses out here in LA. While the track is priced at 1.29, if you’d like to pay more for the track, I’ve left the option available to do so. Regardless of your contribution – whether it be a tweet sharing the link, your purchase, or just listening to it – thank you for your support. I love what I do and I love you all. x

Abraham

P.S. If you do contribute more than the minimum price, please include a message with your e-mail address, so that I can personally thank you!

Nothing better than helping an artist make their musical dreams come true, right?

We’ve downloaded our copy and can’t stop listening to it! Though Britney is a legend, we venture to say that Lim’s version might be better than the original!
