If you’ve never delved into the world of fan made videos before, you’re in for quite a treat! We are constantly amazed by the amount of thought and care that goes in to editing some of this footage together! With so many wonderful FanVids online, you can only imagine how hard it was for us to narrow down our list! Here are five of our all time favorites:
5. Shut Up Merlin!

To start off our Merlin fanvideo roundup, we have chosen something to make any Merlin fan laugh and take their minds off any depression the finale may have caused! This fantastic video is sure to have you laughing and remembering this series’ lighter moments as we descend into the dark of “The Diamond of the Day” and the Battle of Camlann!
4. Merlin As A Romantic Comedy

Top 5 Favorite Merlin Cast Moments
It’s no denying that one of the things that makes us love Merlin so much is the wonderful cast and their undeniable chemistry together both on and off the screen. For those of you who are familiar with some of the behind the scenes footage that has become just as classic as some of the most iconic scenes in the series itself, we expect you’ll be familiar with some of the footage that made our list. For those of you who have never watched any of the bonus cast footage, you’re in for quite a treat and quite a few laughs as well!

5. Everyone LOVES Colin
The first cast video on our list features none other than Colin Morgan and Bradley James. This footage fantastic because it showcases Bradley and Colin’s brand of humor perfectly. We just love how you can see the beginnings of a friendship starting to grow in this backstage footage shot early on during filming of series one.
4. In A World That Is Medieval…
Yet another amusing behind the scenes clip from early on in the series. This video again features the deadpan humor that fans of Merlin have come to know and love from Bradley James and Colin Morgan and gives us a glimpse into the early days of Merlin!
3. He’s Gonna BURN!
As stated in the video, “everybody’s always at their best when it’s the end of the day” and this cast video shows Colin Morgan and Bradley James interacting hilariously at twilight and showing their friendly, fun banter.
2. Parc Asterix
This cast video featuring Angel Coulby, Colin Morgan, Bradley James, and Anthony Head spending the day at Parc Asterix in France is any Merlin fan’s dream! The cast shows their hilarity, comradery, and exhibits why we love them so dearly all in this one whimsical theme park visit.
1. You’re The Voice
Come on, Merlin fans. You had to have seen this one coming. No top cast moments list could possibly be complete without the inclusion of Bradley and Colin’s infamous lip synch to John Farnham’s popular 80s power ballad! While there are many hilarious cast videos out there, none can quite compare to the “You’re the Voice” montage that Bradley James and Colin Morgan provided for us back during the filming of season 2. This brilliant video has lived on in the hearts, minds, and souls of Merlin fans and is our constant anthem. Even Hypable’s podcast Talks of Camelot uses it as their intro! If you’ve already watched the series finale and are feeling a bit bummed out about Merlin being over, watch this video – we guarantee it’ll put a smile on your face in no time!
