The 100 season 2 premieres tomorrow night! We’ve compiled a list of the nine most exciting bits of information revealed by the show’s cast and creator.

If you’re like us, you can’t wait for tomorrow, when the much-anticipated premiere episode of The 100 season 2 airs on The CW.

The season 1 finale left us on one hell of a cliffhanger: Clarke (Eliza Taylor) was taken captive by the Mountain Men, and woke up in a creepy white cell.

Finn (Thomas McDonell) and Bellamy (Bob Morley) appear to have died. Raven (Lindsey Morgan) is in critical condition. Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) and Lincoln (Ricky Whittle) are on the run. And Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) and Abby (Paige Turco) are among the few survivors from the obliterated Ark that have made it to the ground.

We’ve already seen the first three minutes of the episode. But what’s next? The cast and crew have been making their rounds to the press, and we have gathered nine interesting spoilers for you to ponder…

1. Raven and Murphy will share intense scenes

Lindsey Morgan reveals to IGN that her first scene(s) in the season 2 premiere are with Richard Harmon (who plays Murphy).

“I love it because it’s such an interesting dynamic and such an uncomfortable one,” she says. “Raven is completely vulnerable and she’s paired up with someone who is very dangerous but also extremely vulnerable.”

2. Mount Weather isn’t what you think

“It’s kind of the exact opposite of what you’d immediately assume,” Eliza Taylor says in the same article. What it appears to be is a place full of friendly elderly people… but “it seems too good to be true.”

At this point, Clarke has heard a lot of bad things about this place and its people. “Now that she’s inside, nothing adds up,” Taylor says, adding that Clarke will try to get to the bottom of it.

3. The adults will begin looking to Clarke for leadership

First of all: we guess this bit of info means that Clarke and her mother will reunite sooner rather than later!

One might assume that one of the adult characters will try to take charge – and the obvious candidate is Kane. But Henry Ian Cusick reveals that his character won’t necessarily take the job willingly, and might even be the one pointing to Clarke. “We sort of see that she is developing as the leader and she has more than her years would suggest,” Cusick says.

Meanwhile, Kane will try to play peacekeeper with the Grounders. Er… guess that job has a vacancy?

4. …But Clarke might not be up for the task

“The lines have blurred” for Clarke this year on The 100, Taylor says.

“She certainly raises some questions amongst the kids who sort of used to look up to her as to whether or not she’s kind of lost her mind.”

5. Luckily, Bellamy (!) will be there to guide her

If we were the betting sort, we’d put all our money on Bellamy surviving the premiere, hell, the season – you know what, that dude’s gonna survive the entire show! Not only would his death majorly piss off most of the show’s fans (not that writers should let their fans dictate their stories!), but Bob Morley has pretty much confirmed his continued presence.

This season, Morley reveals that we’ll see Bellamy “taking a back seat from that leadership role,” although, “I think he’s finding it very hard. There’s a lot of restraint he has to show.”

In another IGN interview, creator Jason Rothenberg also reveals that while Clarke and Bellamy’s relationship might not necessarily turn romantic (yet), “they come to need each other and respect each other in surprising ways this year.”

6. Season 2 will be ‘very different’ from season 1

Rothenberg has also done a great interview with The Huffington Post, in which he talks about the way in which the show is changing.

“I wouldn’t say it’s a new show, but it’s very different,” he teases. It’ll be darker, certainly, and we’ll see all the characters begin to change as a result of having lost so much and so many of their friends and loved ones.

7. We’ll see a lot of Mount Weather

Don’t expect Clarke to escape in the first episode and never look back! “We spent a ton of money on [that set],” Rothenberg says, “and it’s amazing. We’re going to live there for quite a bit of story.”

Another new set will be the camp around the piece of Ark that fell to the ground. “That’s our main ground set this year,” the creator reveals, adding (perhaps somewhat jokingly) that they’ll eventually build a Deadwood-style town around it.

8. ‘The 100’ season 2 is about (re)unions

Okay, the reunion thing isn’t new, but Rothenberg adds that as much as the season will be about reuniting characters who have been separated, “it’s also about unions. Groups that hate each other and are at war with each other need to make alliances in order to defeat the bigger bad that may be out there.”

Is the bigger bad the Mountain Men? It seems that way, unless there is an even bigger enemy out there. One thing’s for certain: “the Grounders are actually not the monolithic bad guys.” We can probably expect for the space crowd to find new friends and allies there this season.

9. Expect to have your mind blown – over and over again!

More than anything else, this season has been described as shocking, unpredictable, and dark. The premiere will be huge. Episode 5 will be huger. According to the creator, “there’s a story point that’s going to really blow people’s minds” later in the season.

And you know what, Rothenberg? Bring it on.

…Just don’t kill Jasper. Please and thank you.

The 100 season 2, episode 1, “The 48,” airs tomorrow night at 9/8c on The CW!
