Appropriately, Comedy Central will be a new home to NBC’s 30 Rock, starting this month, with one hour weekday blocks devoted specifically to the show.

From a recent press release:

This fall, COMEDY CENTRAL becomes the cable destination for all of the one-liners, behind-the-scenes action and wild humor from the multiple-Emmy® award-winning comedy series “30 Rock.” The series debuts on the network on Monday, September 19 and will air weeknights in a one-hour block beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT. The COMEDY CENTRAL premiere will be presented with limited interruption by Orbit.

The critically-acclaimed series which premiered in 2006 completed its fifth season in May and has garnered 67 Emmy® Award nominations, winning 14 times including the award for Best Comedy Series three years running. “30 Rock” will return on NBC with its sixth season in midseason, starring Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan, Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer, Scott Adsit, Judah Friedlander and Keith Powell.

This’ll be a good chance to revisit the series from its start. Are you excited to see the show hitting Comedy Central?
