The 2018 Emmy nominees have been announced, and Game of Thrones is back in action.

The major 2018 Emmy category nominees are below. Notable noms include Killing Eve’s Sandra Oh, who becomes the first Asian woman to be nominated in the Lead Actress in a Drama Series category.

One notable absence concerns Game of Thrones: None of the actors were nominated in the major actor/actress categories. Still, the series has the most nominations: 22 across all categories.

Saturday Night Live and Westworld are tied for second with 21 nominations each, and The Handmaid’s Tale comes in fourth with 20 nominations. The Assassination Of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story has 18, Atlanta has 16, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has 14.

Looking at all Emmy categories (including technical), Netflix has received the most nominations with 112, while HBO has 108. It’s the first time HBO has been defeated in raw nomination numbers. NBC comes in third with 78.
