The 2017 Golden Globes were all about recognizing La La Land.

Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon helmed the event, which featured a cold open that foreshadowed the night ahead: All La La Land, all the time. The musical starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone won all seven Golden Globes it was nominated for. With seven wins, it’s the most Golden Globes ever won by a single film.

Though the beloved Moonlight missed out on a few of its nominations, the HFPA delivered an 11th hour surprise when it picked up the final award of the night, Best Motion Picture – Drama.
