Each Oscar-nominated original song was performed at the 2014 ceremony Sunday evening. Watch each performance again!

The artist(s) who created each song for the respective films appeared live at the Oscars for live renditions.

Frozen’s “Let It Go” won Best Original Song at the 2014 Oscars, earning songwriter Robert Lopez the coveted EGOT nod. EGOT is the abbreviation for the four major annual American entertainment awards: the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Awards.

While Let it Go was the eventual winner, the live performances showed that any of the four songs would have been more than worthy.

Idina Menzel proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that “Let it Go” was a tough, powerful song. Pharrell Williams showed everyone just how big of a smile “Happy” can put on your face. Karen O made us fall in love with her with her performance of “The Moon Song,” and U2 was incredible with their performance of “Ordinary Love.”
