It’s officially Christmas morning, and you may be wondering where your favorite characters have fallen on Santa’s ‘Naughty or Nice’ list. Here’s where we think they’d end up. (Spoilers ahead for the Fall 2014 season!)

Who’s been naughty?

Malcolm Merlyn (‘Arrow’)

Naughty because…

– He manipulated Thea away from her brother, her only other LIVING family member.

– He orchestrated Sara Lance’s murder to pay his own debts, and was haughty about it.

Littlefinger (‘Game of Thrones’)

Naughty because…

– We may not have been that upset about it, but he did kill Lysa Arryn.

– When it comes to his feelings for Sansa, we all feel that same sense of unease as he creeps us all out something major.

Oswald Cobblepot (‘Gotham’)

Naughty because…

– Not only has he backstabbed Fish Mooney, but he’s pitted the different mob factions against one another, inciting war that has/will cause more than a few innocent deaths.

– Kills people and/or sets people up to be killed. Not cool.

Annalise Keating (‘How to Get Away with Murder’)

Naughty because…

– She is quite the skilled liar, especially in regards to her job.

– She isn’t exactly forthcoming with information regarding her husband’s death. (We reserve judgement.)

Grant Ward (‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’)

Naughty because…

– The most traitory traitor to have ever traitored. (No, we’re not bitter at all.)

– Innocence is no match for him, as he was all too eager to amp up the murderer section of his traitorous resume.

Rumplestiltskin (‘Once Upon a Time’)

Naughty because…

– His tendency to delve into unimaginable evil to get what he wants is definitely not something you’d find on the ‘nice’ list.

– Nice boys also do not threaten to do away with their grandson’s mother with zero regard to how the boy would be affected.

Dr. Harrison Wells (‘The Flash’)

Naughty because…

– While his guilt is a little abiguous, since he may or may not be linked to a certain crime of the past, we wouldn’t be comfortable putting him anywhere else.

– This man’s secrets have secrets, and as he has more secrets about the future than regrets about the particle accelerator accident, we can’t help but feel a little judge-y toward him.

Klaus Mikaelson (‘The Originals’)

Naughty because…

-Finds long-lost father, has short chat with long-lost father, kills long-lost father.

-This kid has some serious impulse control issues. He really must learn to stifle the ‘maim first, apologize later’ reflex.

Rowan Pope (‘Scandal’)

Naughty because…

– You can’t order the murder of the President’s son and find yourself anywhere else. Just no.

– When it comes to family, this guy has issues, as he locked his wife away in a bunker for 20-something years, and does everything in his power to complicate his daughter’s already complicated life.

Deputy Chief Wuntch (‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’)

Naughty because…

– She was not nice to Captain Holt. We cannot overlook anyone that’s mean to Holt.

– She even tried to sabotage the drug task force after making a deal with Holt and Rosa. We do not approve.

Who’s been nice?

Captain Hook (‘Once Upon a Time’)

Nice because…

-This newly reformed pirate has been trying very hard to stay on the side of good. So much so, that every time something bad happens to him, he worries about how others will believe him to be up to no good. It’s okay Hook. We believe in you.

– When Rumplestiltskin went on the warpath, Hook tried everything in his power to protect his lady-love, Emma.

Barry Allen (‘The Flash’)

Nice because…

– Let’s face it, Barry is the ultimate do-gooder, as he wants nothing more than to help each and every person that needs him in Central City.

– His never-ending journey to exonerate his father will not end until he finds some way to right the wrong.

Glen Rhee (‘The Walking Dead’)

Nice because…

– Even in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, Glen never gives up hope that things can get better. And for his eternal optimism, we can’t help but smile.

– In addition to being a capable, honorable fighter, Glen is also one damn fine husband to his wife, Maggie.

Detective Amy Santiago (‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’)

Nice because…

– She always works hard to please her Captain, even when doing so requires her going above and beyond the call of duty.

– When she’s not in direct competition, Amy is more than happy to do a nice thing for a co-worker that deserves it. Particularly Jake Peralta. *wiggles eyebrows*

Jon Snow (‘Games of Thrones’)

Nice because…

– Despite maybe not exactly loving life as a Night’s Watch-man, he hasn’t allowed the trials of working the Wall reduce his determination to do what is right and honorable.

– He protected his fellow Night’s Watch-men when it came time to choose sides.

James Gordon (‘Gotham’)

Nice because…

– He did not kill Oswald Cobblepot, even though his life now is in free-fall because he spared the little twerp.

– He continues to do right by Bruce Wayne and has not abandoned the investigation into the murders of his parents.

Phil Coulson (‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D’)

Nice because…

– Despite numerous forces working against him, Coulson continues trudging forth to a HYDRA-free world.

– It’s hard to trust new people when you’ve been betrayed (eh hem WARD eh hem), but Coulson has embraced new members of the team with grace and delegated superbly in his new role as Director.

Will McAvoy (‘The Newsroom’)

Nice because…

– In an incredibly sweet gesture, he moved his and Mac’s wedding up when he found out that he was going to prison for… a while.

– He was quick to take Charlie’s grandsons under his wing after their grandfather’s untimely passing, explaining how much Charlie loved them and even taking some time for an unscheduled jam session.

Kira Yukimura (‘Teen Wolf’)

Nice because…

– No matter what they are up against, Kira does not let others fight her battles for her, and she is always ready and able to help save a friend.

– Even if she’s not your biggest fan, she’ll do everything she can to help as long as it’s the right thing to do.

Reyna James(‘Nashville’)

Nice because…

– From Scarlett O’Connor to Sadie Stone, Reyna is all about nurturing new talent and giving them the best atmosphere to succeed. Reyna is kind and gentle, heck, she even gave Juliet Barnes a safe haven.

– Ultimately, she followed her heart and did what she knew would be best in the long run for both her, and her two girls. It might have been the hard thing, but it was the right thing.
