The 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards air this Sunday, and here at Hypable we want to help you party like it’s 1969.

We present 12 drinks inspired by the 2013 Best Drama and Best Comedy Emmy nominees. From Game of Thrones to Modern Family, we’ve got your taste buds covered.

Dramas

‘Mad Men’

Don Draper likes his cocktails like he likes most things: Old Fashioned. So whether you’re making it for a Hilton, or just making it for yourself, this “manliest” of cocktails will leave you feeling like a true mad man come Emmy night.

Old-Fashioned
2 oz whiskey
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 slice lemon

Place sugar cube in an Old-Fashioned glass and dissolve with a splash of water. Add two dashes of Angostura bitters, ice cubes, a slice of lemon and 2 oz of whiskey. Mix and leave stirring rod in glass.

‘Breaking Bad’

We wouldn’t encourage you to make blue meth (since, you know, it has the tendency to turn people into psychotic baby-thieves), but making this blue vodka-based cocktail is a much more reasonable alternative to celebrate one of the most dangerously gripping dramas on television.

Blue Ice
1 shot Vodka
1/2 shot Blue Curacao
1 dash lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

‘Game of Thrones’

Dornish wine might be the drink of choice in Westeros, but out here in the North, we scoff at the sweet stuff. On Emmy night, cheer on the Starks with this hearty drink from the official Game of Thrones cookbook, specially inspired by the Old Bear’s infamously picky drinking habits.

Hot Spiced Wine
1 bottle of sweet red wine
1/2 cup of honey
1 tbs each of ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and nutmeg
Handful each of dried cherries, raisins and almonds

Bring wine and honey to a simmer, then remove from heat and stir in spices. Serve into mugs.

‘Downton Abbey’

A must-have at Downton dinners, the Crawley’s are singlehandedly responsible for bringing sherry back in style. Once the most popular drink in the U.S., the sherry cobbler faded into obscurity during the Prohibition era when our tastes got, shall we say, a little more rebellious. So keep it classy like a Crawley Sunday night and settle in with this fruity, Dowagger Countess-approved drink.

Sherry Cobbler
4 oz sherry
1/2 tablespoon superfine sugar
1 orange slice
raspberries

Shake the sherry, sugar and orange peel well with cracked ice, then pour unstrained into a tall Collins glass. Top with raspberries and add a straw.

‘Homeland’

Carrie might like her tequila straight, no lime, but we recommend going with something that makes you sound a little less depressed and lonely. So have fun on Emmy night and be thankful you’re (probably) not a C.I.A. agent in love with a terrorist by sipping on Carrie’s favorite tequila, lime included.

Tequila Revolución Silver Mojito
2 oz Tequila Revolución Silver
1 oz agave nectar
1 oz lime juice
2 oz club soda
4 mint leaves

Muddle the mint leaves in a shaker, then add the tequila, nectar and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.

‘House of Cards’

Compared to most of the personalities on this show, this drink isn’t actually that sour, and with Frank Underwood’s bourbon of choice, Blanton’s, it can be downright refreshing as you celebrate on Emmy night.

Blanton’s Whiskey Sour
2 oz Blanton’s bourbon
2/3 oz lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar

Add all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice, then shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Comedies

’30 Rock’

What do you call a white rum with diet ginger ale and a splash of lime? It depends on who you ask. On Emmy night, celebrate this award-winning comedy’s final season with Jack Donaghy’s signature drink.

Nancy Drew
(for men, it’s called a Hardy Boy)

1 1/2 oz. white rum
diet ginger ale
splash of lime

Pour rum into an glass over ice cubes, fill with diet ginger ale, and add a splash of lime.

‘Girls’

The ultimate hipster drink inspired by the most authentically inauthentic hipsters on television. Do you have a dollar in your pocket? Buy yourself a PBR and add a little zest on Emmy night.

PBR Lunchbox
3/4 bottle Pabst Blue Ribbon beer
1 shot amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz orange juice

Pour beer into a glass then add orange juice and a shot of amaretto.

‘Louie’

This drink perfectly sums up Louis C.K.’s dry and wry sense of humor. On Emmy night, with this cocktail in hand, you’ll feel like just another audience member in one of his favorite Manhattan comedy clubs.

Dry Manhattan
1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1 dash Angostura® bitters

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.

‘Modern Family’

This milkshake isn’t really for the kiddos, but come Emmy night it’ll leave you smiling like one as you cheer on your favorite tv family.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Kahlua Milkshake
2 cups coffee ice cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup kahlua
3 chocolate chip cookies
6 ice cubes

Add ice cream, milk, kahlua, ice and two cookies into a blender. Process until almost smooth. Pour in a glass and crumble third cookie on top.

‘The Big Bang Theory’

Apparently Penny makes a mean Grasshopper, because Raj’s signature drink gives him all the bravado he needs to talk to the ladies. This delicious cocktail is like a minty milkshake, but if it sounds a little too girly for your tastes, you can always go for Sheldon’s favorite: Diet Virgin Cuba Libre (aka Diet Coke.)

Grasshopper
3/4 ounce cream
3/4 ounce white creme de cacao
3/4 ounce green creme de menthe

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

‘Veep’

No one’s more Patriotic than our favorite second-in-command, and with this red, white and blue drink, you can celebrate the stripes as well as the stars come Emmy night.

The American Spirit
1 1/2 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
1 oz sliced strawberries
3 oz club soda
2 oz Vita Coco Coconut Water
blueberries

Layer strawberries on the bottom of a highball glass. Add ice, VeeV, club soda, and coconut water. Add blueberries on top, and stir.
