The Broadcast Film Critics Association has announced its nominations for the 2013 Critics Choice Awards, with Lincoln leading the pack with a record-setting 13 nominations, including Best Picture.

Les Miserables also picked up 11 nominations and joined the Best Picture hunt along with Argo, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Django Unchained, Life of Pi, The Master, Moonrise Kingdom, Silver Linings Playbook and Zero Dark Thirty.

Because there were six nominations instead of five in many of the acting categories, it was nice to see terrific performances such as Matthew McConaughey in Magic Mike and Javier Bardem in Skyfall get some attention. Also in the Action categories, Jennifer Lawrence for The Hunger Games and Anne Hathaway for The Dark Knight Rises got some recognition, which was well-earned.

With so many categories and nominations to keep track of, you can check out the complete nominations list below and sound off on any surprises in the comments. The 18th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards will be held on Jan. 10, 2013.
