We’ve recently seen a torrent of revealing information regarding episode four of the upcoming Doctor Who series, but a new report gives big clues as to what we can expect from Amy and Rory’s penultimate episode! This post contains spoilers.

We’ve already discovered that the reportedly titled “Cubed” will see the return of UNIT and second appearance of Rory’s father, but new information has surfaced that could explain the purpose of the mysterious black cubes.

Here is your final warning – the below information reveals information regarding a whole episode’s plot, which could be regarded as a moderate spoiler.

Doctor Who TV revealed new information from this Twitter user, who had the following to say:

“[The cubes] cause illness on unsuspecting victims. They are on a timer and when the countdown stops they open up and possibly release spores.

“This illness also affects the Doctor at one point when he comes into close proximity to a cube. They are dangerous enough to cause one of his hearts to stop!

“Part of the story takes place in a hospital (filmed in St Cadoc’s, the one featured The Eleventh Hour) where a little girl is located and she seems to know more about what’s going on. There are also twins working there who seem to play a part.

A very small part of the episode takes place in the past in Henry VIII’s bedroom, very-likely just a pre-credit sequence. Most of the story is on modern earth.”

The source also reveals that actress Jemma Redgrave will play a character called Kate Stewart, leading to speculation that the episode could see a return from the Brigadier’s daughter – last seen in the 1995 spinoff “Dæmos Rising.”

After seeing a panic stricken Mark Williams as Brian in photos from last fortnight’s shoot, we could be seeing the infection of Rory’s father. Although he has been confirmed for episode three and four, it looks like the actor will not feature in the show after “Cubed.”

Would you like to see a return from The Brigadier’s daughter? Should we be concerned for Brian Williams‎’ health?
